Many people think of Foundry as “the Christmas Tree Church,” but did you know that Foundry is also “the Apple Church?”  It’s that time of year when the apple harvest is coming in in the Shenandoah Valley. As we have for the past 8 years, Foundry will be ordering freshly picked apples from Dickie Brothers Orchard and homemade apple butter from Ann’s Apple Butter. We will be offering these items at lower than grocery store prices.  Fuji, Pink Lady, Stayman, Gold Rush, Rome and Granny Smith varieties are available.

 

We offer the option of purchasing online with check, PayPal or your credit card. We are hoping that this will make your apple-buying experience quicker and more convenient and inspire you to buy more apples! And apple butter! 

 

Not only do we provide high-quality, nutritious products at reasonable prices (what’s not to love?), but the funds we raise support our Missions and outreach programs. Deadline for apple orders is October 27.  Pickup will be on November 9 from 9:00 to 3:00.
