The Praise and Worship team at Foundry United Methodist Church has been working hard on their vision of

a congregational worship service that combines contemporary praise and worship music with drama and

provocative theological context.

The drama group is preparing some enticing roles for young and older actors in the congregation. If you

enjoy acting, this is the group for you! The drama pieces are set to enhance the sermon and the worship

and will certainly be a breath of fresh air in this new service.

The Band is preparing  music from WOW Worship, Integrity Hosanna, Hillsong Church, Vineyard, and a

host of popular songs  at the top of the charts, and hymns to bring the congregation into an active worship. 

Tanya will be creating teams to lead the music worship, so there is still a need  for singers, especially harmony parts. Teams won't be the same people each Suday but rather a mix of the right voices and instruments in accordance  to vacations and need. The percussion section is getting a few new instruments, so we welcome anyone who can play or learn to play the Conga, bongos, tambourine, shakers, chimes etc. Other needs for our teams include a relief keyboard player as well as a lead guitarist and a rhythm guitarist. We also welcome other instruments as God brings us the talents!  A heartbeat to minister for Christ and a smile are required for all participants.
